Chicken Bryan
Laura and I made Chicken Bryan last night, which is chicken breasts covered in goat cheese, broiled and then drenched in a sun-dried tomato and fresh (grown on my balcony!) basil sauce (also containing 1.5 sticks of butter). Also, fresh asparagus from Laura’s grandfather’s farm. It was fucking delicious.
